Ryan offers personal training that is rooted in strength, but guided by awareness. This is not just about building muscle or pushing limits, it’s about building a body that is resilient, capable, and connected to how it actually feels to live inside it.

With a lifelong background in athletics and movement, Ryan brings a grounded, practical approach to training that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you are starting from the basics, returning to your body after time away, or refining your athletic performance, sessions are designed to be clear, intentional, and adaptable to your needs.

1:1 Training

Fully individualized sessions focused on your goals, your body, and your pace. This can include strength building, functional movement, mobility work, conditioning, and foundational alignment.

Couples Training

Train together with shared goals or complementary needs. A way to build strength, accountability, and connection in a supportive, structured environment.

Small Group Training

A more dynamic training experience that blends community energy with focused programming. Ideal for those who want structure, motivation, and consistency while still receiving individualized attention. - You create the small group & we find the day. (3-5 people)

At-Home Training or Studio Visits

Flexible options depending on your environment and lifestyle. Ryan can bring training directly to you or work within a studio setting.

Group Strength Training Class


EVERY THURSDAY

5:30 - 7:00pm

This weekly group class is a space to build real, functional strength in a supportive and grounded environment. It is designed for people who want to feel stronger in their bodies, move with more confidence, and train with consistency. Without needing prior experience or a specific athletic background.

Each session is structured around progressive strength training principles, focusing on foundational lifts, body awareness, and safe, intentional load-building. The emphasis is on quality of movement, steady progression, and learning how to train in a way that supports your long-term body.

This is a guided group experience, meaning you’ll be coached through every phase of the workout, warm-up, technique work, strength sets, and conditioning, while still having room to work at your level.


What to Expect:

  • Full-body strength training focused on progressive development

  • Instruction on foundational lifts and movement mechanics

  • A supportive group environment with individualized coaching cues

  • Options to scale intensity based on your experience and capacity

  • A balance of strength work, conditioning, and mobility support
