Group Strength Training Class

This weekly group class is a space to build real, functional strength in a supportive and grounded environment. It is designed for people who want to feel stronger in their bodies, move with more confidence, and train with consistency, without needing prior experience or a specific athletic background.
Each session is structured around progressive strength training principles, focusing on foundational lifts, body awareness, and safe, intentional load-building. The emphasis is on quality of movement, steady progression, and learning how to train in a way that supports your long-term body.
This is a guided group experience, meaning you’ll be coached through every phase of the workout, warm-up, technique work, strength sets, and conditioning, while still having room to work at your own pace and level.
